shipping goods to GHANA, Africa

One of my best friends is on a goodwill mission in Ghana (she's located in Ho, to be exact).

She's teaching English & Mathematics to 4 & 5 yr-olds in a very basic format.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to send a care package for the kids (approx. 30 lbs.) without costing too much.

Any insight is welcome -- Thanks for your time & consideration.

    This is a tough one. Be very careful when shipping packages, as most things are stolen when using regular mail. though I responded quite late, I can check a few peeps.

    You did give me a great idea of a website that advises people for shipping info, as many get ripped off. The most secure shipping is done through the expensive guys.
